Adding a gift message, or selecting a delivery date
Once you've found your perfect flowers, please click the send these flowers button at the top of the screen. Select your addons, continue and enter your delivery date and gift message.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be packaed up in a eco-friendly Guernsey Flowers box, with your gift note. If you ordered flowers, our flower care instructions will be included. We do not include any billing information in our deliveries.
How do I add a discount code?
This can be added on the last page of checkout when adding your payment details. If your code appears to be invalid, this usually means that our promotion has ended.
I'm having difficulty purchasing, what should I do?

How do I confirm my order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order, we will instantly send you a confirmation email to confirm your order, delivery address, date and gift message. If anything needs changing, please contact us at help@guernseyflowersbypost.co.uk and we we'd be happy to help.
Certain colour orders & substitutes
On rare occasions, we may have to substitute colours due to availability. This means we may substitute a colour for a very similar colour e.g. red for dark pink. If you need an exact colour for a special event, please get in touch and tell us after ordering.

Delivering for occasions
We always aim to deliver on your selected date. On some occasions, we may deliver the day before just to be safe, as we understand flowers are purchased for special occasions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK by DPD and Royal Mail. This includes all Mainland UK, as well as the channel Islands such as Jersey, Isle of Man, Sark, Scilly and Guernsey. We also ship to most parts of Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Hello, I am writing regarding Friday's delivery, order number: Order #70069332, as I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the flowers. I have a subscription with you and have always looked forward to receiving my deliveries and know the standard to expect with having a subscription with you. However, this bouquet has arrived with numerous broken stems, many of which are hanging over from quite low down on the stem. This means I cannot even trim them shorter to try to salvage the flowers. I do not feel this is an acceptable standard of quality, particularly as a regular subscriber. I pay for fresh, beautiful flowers, and it is very disappointing to receive a bouquet in this condition. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know how you intend to resolve the matter. In the mean time I have cancelled my subscription/future orders until this is resolved. Part of the order did not arrive, reported to me by recipient roses are now drooping after only receiving approx 2 days ago, and bouquet missing vibernum, very poor service and will not order from guernsey flowers again
Disappointed they didn’t arrive on time.
As I have already communicated to you, the flowers were delivered two days late to my young relations and the part of the message with my name on it was omitted from the message (even though it showed on the order confirmation) which, whilst the gift was still a nice surprise for them, they then had to ask around the family to see who had sent them. I was disappointed with this service. The whole point of paying a premium rate by using a company such as yours to give a surprise treat is to get high quality flowers delivered promptly and with the correct message

The Freesias arrived perfectly on time & packaged well. The reason I wanted fresh Freesias was for my Mums celebration of life event as these were her favourite flowers. Sadly they did not have any fragrance? I was told they would have so was dissapointed. The fragrance was particularly important for this occasion.

Thank you. My freesias arrived on time, packed well and safe. I was a bit disappointed as the flowers were smaller than the ones I have enjoyed previously (stems were lovely and long) and no 'smell' perfume, and no yellow freesias - they have the best perfume. But they helped me to remember what would have been my 64th wedding anniversary but my husband has died several years ago and unable to grow the yellow freesias with the perfume as in my wedding bouquet. thank you.
