Our guarantee is in place to ensure every order received is perfect. As part of our flower guarantee, any flowers that arrive in poor condition will be replaced free of charge, no questions asked.

Qualify for a replacement
A photograph will be requested via email, which must be sent to us at at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. This helps us understand what went wrong, so that we can send a replacement.
We want you to be over the moon with our flowers and gifts. If you are not satisfied, simply notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.
