Original order delivered to wrong address. Still waiting over a week on confirmation that replacement order has been sent to correct address. This order was for a bereavement, so Not Good Service at all

Beautiful quality freesias and friendly, helpful customer service
I got these flowers for my wife because we have always loved freesias. They came well prepared but we just couldn't really smell them. Now we're in our eighties so I suppose our sense of smell may be failing. Disappointing, but explainable. Over the last few decades have they been bred for colour rather than scent? I seem to remember that you wrote that they would last for several weeks. We prepared as instructed with plant food but they are already over after two weeks. Sorry to whinge but this was quite an expensive treat for my wife and has proved mildly disappointing. regards Martin Read

No smell
I rang you a week before the delivery was due and was assured that you would be able to deliver a day earlier. You didn’t deliver a day earlier and when I asked where the flowers were, one of your colleagues wrote to me to say the delivery would be made on the original date….. no explanation. He hadn’t read the email trail at all. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
My friend was very pleased with her birthday flowers and said they smelt really lovely.
After ordering I very quickly noticed that I had asked for the flowers to be delivered to my own address and not to whom I had intended. Immediately I changed the instructions by email but the flowers were still sent to me. I then decided to use an alternative supplier whose flowers were delivered to the correct address and they lasted somewhat longer. I am disappointed having used Guernsey Flowers many times before with good results.
I tried by email to change the delivery address several times without a response from you. So the flowers came to me and not to my daughter. Your site promises a reply to emails within a couple of days!!!
It may have been my fault for ordering in a heatwave but the flowers haven't lasted as long as I had hoped.
I sent your flowers to some great friends of mine and they loved them.
Another disappointing bouquet sent as a birthday present. Blooms did not open properly and considering the price and value for money I will not be ordering any more.

Though my original order was lost in transit, the guys at Guernsey Flowers helped me, and send out a replacement order for next day. Very happy with how helpful they were, glad my mum could get her flowers for her birthday.
The freesias were being sent to a friend who said they are beautiful. Unfortunately I can’t give five stars as they arrived two days later than expected. My friend did say however that they were in good condition. I had particularly looked for a next day delivery as my friend had had a bereavement and I wanted her to know I was thinking of her so it was disappointing that they were late arriving. But beautiful flowers!

Sadly my flowers didn't last long before they died. Maybe I was unlucky?. I trimmed them and changed water after 2 days, They were not in direct sunshine, and my lounge is cool. Disappointed.
These were sent to cheer up my 87yr old aunt and they succeeded. She spent the afternoon reminiscing 🙂

These were a gift for a lady who is losing her sight, so the fact that the freesias were perfumed was very important. She is over the moon with them and they smell wonderful. The order was delivered promptly and the freesias are as described. Absolutely wonderful, thank you, xx

Flowers were for tables at my son’s wedding. They were fresh, bright and just perfect. Am afraid they have had to go to compost heap now, but were beautiful at weekend.
We have used Guernsey flowers for many years as gifts with lots of beautiful flowers. The freesia this time were well past their best and a real disappointment to my friend to whom I sent these flowers. A discount does not make the gift any better in the circumstance these were sent.
