Both people who received the freesias were very pleased with them. Both were birthdays, but one lady is not well and was particularly pleased to be able to smell them.

Thank you. My freesias arrived on time, packed well and safe. I was a bit disappointed as the flowers were smaller than the ones I have enjoyed previously (stems were lovely and long) and no 'smell' perfume, and no yellow freesias - they have the best perfume. But they helped me to remember what would have been my 64th wedding anniversary but my husband has died several years ago and unable to grow the yellow freesias with the perfume as in my wedding bouquet. thank you.
It brightened the day of a relative with cancer so thank you.

My friend hasn't been well. I know she loves carnations! She was absolutely delighted with the flowers . They were really fresh and brightly coloured and it really perked her up when the flowers arrived. I have ordered them before and they never disappoint . I wouldn't hesitate to order them again. Many thanks for you beautiful flowers and excellent service.
On time delivery. Superbly packaged and beautifully presented.
I sent them to my daughter, they arrived on the day requested and she said they soon started to open, and were very colourful and the smell was lovely

After eagerly ordering and awaiting delivery for my daughter's birthday, I was disappointed to unpack them to find some flowers had already dropped from the stems and in two days all the stems had an increasing number of dead flowers. After five days, very few flowers were still alive! I ordered from you because you seemed to be freesia specialists and freesias generally have a much longer life.
Apart from forgetting to change the address to Norfolk which was my fault the flowers were gorgeous and my own mum got to enjoy them at my address instead. Not to self, take more care next time! The flowers were lovely - once they arrived! But they were late being delivered and the company were unable to confirm whether or not they had been paid for and when they would get to their destination. They arrived after the specified date, which was disappointing as, in this case, it did matter.

After a problem with the flowers I ordered the team couldn't have been more helpful and immediately sent a replacement bunch which arrived next day - now that's a company I can do business with.
My complaint is still pending with this company. I hope they will respond and advise why the whole transaction went so badly wrong. The freesias arrived 3 days late and are already wilting after 3 more days. This is not the issue I have complained about.
Send better quality flowers.
Very disappointed with the freesias and you have been no help whatsoever 😕 thanks for waisting my money ive sent photos of the freesia and you say you cant see them won't be using Guernsey flowers again
