First time I’ve purchased flowers from you and my sister was delighted with them, her favourite flower. As advertised they arrived in bud and are gradually opening out and the fragrance is fabulous, thank you ☺️
Given that the delivery was requested for Monday 10th August the flowers arrived on the 9th. Given the extreme heat and with no one available to accept them. The flowers didn’t last 2 days before dying off.

Some of the stems arrived damaged, but they were quickly replaced. The replacements arrived in perfect condition and my wife is very happy. They have opened well and have lasted quite a while.

The freesias arrived half dead and I had to throw them away the next day. Very disappointed as paid a lot of money for them and expected fragrant and beautiful blooms. Will not be using you again.

Flowers have no perfume, they are not lasting, despite following all your instructions they are dying. Perhaps due to the flowers being fully opened and not in bud when they arrived. Had better from florist at home and also supermarket. Sorry will not purchase again.
