I rang you a week before the delivery was due and was assured that you would be able to deliver a day earlier. You didn’t deliver a day earlier and when I asked where the flowers were, one of your colleagues wrote to me to say the delivery would be made on the original date….. no explanation. He hadn’t read the email trail at all.
I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
After ordering I very quickly noticed that I had asked for the flowers to be delivered to my own address and not to whom I had intended. Immediately I changed the instructions by email but the flowers were still sent to me.
I then decided to use an alternative supplier whose flowers were delivered to the correct address and they lasted somewhat longer.
I am disappointed having used Guernsey Flowers many times before with good results.
I tried by email to change the delivery address several times without a response from you. So the flowers came to me and not to my daughter. Your site promises a reply to emails within a couple of days!!!
Another disappointing bouquet sent as a birthday present. Blooms did not open properly and considering the price and value for money I will not be ordering any more.
My first flowers arrived in not the best condition, so was naturally rather upset but you your wonderful Alex send a replacement box of flowers which arrived yesterday which I would now give 5 stars for
Though my original order was lost in transit, the guys at Guernsey Flowers helped me, and send out a replacement order for next day. Very happy with how helpful they were, glad my mum could get her flowers for her birthday.
The freesias were being sent to a friend who said they are beautiful. Unfortunately I can’t give five stars as they arrived two days later than expected. My friend did say however that they were in good condition. I had particularly looked for a next day delivery as my friend had had a bereavement and I wanted her to know I was thinking of her so it was disappointing that they were late arriving.
But beautiful flowers!
Sadly my flowers didn't last long before they died. Maybe I was unlucky?. I trimmed them and changed water after 2 days, They were not in direct sunshine, and my lounge is cool. Disappointed.
These were a gift for a lady who is losing her sight, so the fact that the freesias were perfumed was very important. She is over the moon with them and they smell wonderful.

Flowers were for tables at my son’s wedding. They were fresh, bright and just perfect.
Am afraid they have had to go to compost heap now, but were beautiful at weekend.
We have used Guernsey flowers for many years as gifts with lots of beautiful flowers.
The freesia this time were well past their best and a real disappointment to my friend to whom I sent these flowers.
A discount does not make the gift any better in the circumstance these were sent.
Order was bought as a gift. Recipient reported that flowers arrived on time . Bouquet was in good condition bar two dead stems which had to be discarded.
very poor, chocolates very small quantity for money and didn't taste that special.

I requested by email that my order be delayed by a couple of days because the recipient was away on holiday but my email was completely ignored and the flowers sent as per my original request.
Obviously by the time my friend received them on return from her holiday two days later, she found dead flowers.
Absolutely gutted.
Very disappointed. Some of the freesia flowers were not very healthy and had to be thrown out after a few days. The ones left will be thrown out in the next few days. The only nice thing was the beautiful smell.
ACE. Another one of the MANY bouquets of flowers I've ordered from Guernsey Flowers. The family & friends I've sent them to Have All been Absolutely Delighted. So HAS this friend who received these beautiful Freesias. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. Throughly RECOMMENDED.
