Flowers were perfect and arrived on time
Really lovely freesias and the smell on arrival was super. However, I found that the flowers did not open properly and they dried out in the vase. I tried changing the water but it made no difference and the blooms had just stopped. So although lovely, a little disappointing.
These were a gift for our son and daughter in-law for their wedding anniversary. My daughter in-law told me they are beautiful.

By actually sending the flowers ordered to the correct person. They have still not been sent and the original order was placed on 22nd August. I have received many apologies and promises of action but not aa fulfilled order. I have NEVER received such poor service and I am beyond disappointed. I like to support small businesses where possible but would not recommend this one, sadly.
