After eagerly ordering and awaiting delivery for my daughter's birthday, I was disappointed to unpack them to find some flowers had already dropped from the stems and in two days all the stems had an increasing number of dead flowers. After five days, very few flowers were still alive!
I ordered from you because you seemed to be freesia specialists and freesias generally have a much longer life.
Apart from forgetting to change the address to Norfolk which was my fault the flowers were gorgeous and my own mum got to enjoy them at my address instead. Not to self, take more care next time! The flowers were lovely - once they arrived! But they were late being delivered and the company were unable to confirm whether or not they had been paid for and when they would get to their destination. They arrived after the specified date, which was disappointing as, in this case, it did matter.
After a problem with the flowers I ordered the team couldn't have been more helpful and immediately sent a replacement bunch which arrived next day - now that's a company I can do business with.
My complaint is still pending with this company. I hope they will respond and advise why the whole transaction went so badly wrong. The freesias arrived 3 days late and are already wilting after 3 more days. This is not the issue I have complained about.

I ordered pale pink and the ones which arrived were a strong magenta colour. Not really our vibe to be honest whereas pale pink is so pretty. Arrived on the day requested.
Unfortunately, although I had corrected the shipping address once, it jumped back to my billing address again and I didn't notice that time. The flowers came to me rather than my grandson and his partner who had just moved into their first home. As I was away on holiday, ( which was why I hadn't seen the email asking me to check the order), they were on my doorstep when I arrived home. 3 days after they should have been delivered to my grandson. Fortunately they are long lasting....
The flowers were lovely but they were supposed to arrive on the Friday lunchtime, which was a significant moment for the recipient, but didn’t arrive until the Saturday evening, which was also more than a day erased from the 5-day lifespan of the flowers.

A total disaster 😫 I needed to change the delivery details so contacted you immediately after placing the order with no response. Despite repeated emails over the next week I still got no response. So the flowers were delivered to the wrong person. To compound matters, the flowers were not in good condition when they arrived with petals already dropping. A few days later some blooms were dead. Such a disappointment & such terrible customer service.
I really wanted to love these white freesia as I sent them to myself with a view to subscribing if they were good. Ordering was easy and they arrived on time by Royal Mail on a Thursday. On arrival a couple of stems had passed their best but I wasn’t too worried and thought it was just one of those things. However by the Monday, so after 4 days, I had to throw them all away as they were dropping and turning yellow/brown. Very disappointing.
These flowers were for a friend who is absolutely delighted with them, she said what strong and plentiful the bouquet was and in perfect condition. I do not live near her so haven’t seen them but I feel very confident they arrived safely and on time for the occasion and will not hesitate to recommend you. I also received prompt and successful help with a query I had prior to placing the order.
