There's a reason freesias have been the flower of choice in English country gardens for centuries. Romantic, fragrant and unmistakably charming, they're unlike any other cut flower and last for ages, so you have a subscription that doesn't leave you with an empty vase for weeks on end.
We also only use A1 grade stems — the highest available to any florist — sent in tight bud so they open and bloom in your home, filling every room with that classic freesia scent. Other subscription bouquets last 5-7 days. Ours bloom for two to three weeks with proper care.

How it works
1. Choose your stems & frequency
Select Classic (20 stems) or Premium (25 stems), then choose delivery every 2 or 4 weeks.
2. We hand-tie & dispatch the day before your delivery date
Your A1 grade freesias are hand-tied, wrapped, and sent in tight bud so they open and bloom in your home over the following weeks.
3. Pause, skip or cancel any time
No contracts, no commitment. Manage your subscription easily from your account. Pause, skip a delivery, or cancel whenever you like from within the Guernsey Freesia Club portal.

Adding a gift message, or selecting a delivery date
Once you've found your perfect flowers, please click the send these flowers button at the top of the screen. Select your addons, continue and enter your delivery date and gift message.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be packaed up in a eco-friendly Guernsey Flowers box, with your gift note. If you ordered flowers, our flower care instructions will be included. We do not include any billing information in our deliveries.
How do I add a discount code?
This can be added on the last page of checkout when adding your payment details. If your code appears to be invalid, this usually means that our promotion has ended.
I'm having difficulty purchasing, what should I do?

How do I confirm my order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order, we will instantly send you a confirmation email to confirm your order, delivery address, date and gift message. If anything needs changing, please contact us at help@guernseyflowersbypost.co.uk and we we'd be happy to help.
Certain colour orders & substitutes
On rare occasions, we may have to substitute colours due to availability. This means we may substitute a colour for a very similar colour e.g. red for dark pink. If you need an exact colour for a special event, please get in touch and tell us after ordering.

Delivering for occasions
We always aim to deliver on your selected date. On some occasions, we may deliver the day before just to be safe, as we understand flowers are purchased for special occasions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK by DPD and Royal Mail. This includes all Mainland UK, as well as the channel Islands such as Jersey, Isle of Man, Sark, Scilly and Guernsey. We also ship to most parts of Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Lovely flowers, roses a bit short lived
Recipient enjoyed the card and flowers
Flowers were for tables at my son’s wedding. They were fresh, bright and just perfect. Am afraid they have had to go to compost heap now, but were beautiful at weekend.
We have used Guernsey flowers for many years as gifts with lots of beautiful flowers. The freesia this time were well past their best and a real disappointment to my friend to whom I sent these flowers. A discount does not make the gift any better in the circumstance these were sent.

I requested by email that my order be delayed by a couple of days because the recipient was away on holiday but my email was completely ignored and the flowers sent as per my original request. Obviously by the time my friend received them on return from her holiday two days later, she found dead flowers. Absolutely gutted.
Very disappointed. Some of the freesia flowers were not very healthy and had to be thrown out after a few days. The ones left will be thrown out in the next few days. The only nice thing was the beautiful smell.

Beautiful flowers
The first delivery of freesias were below the standard I would have expected, most probably due to the very hot weather. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement which arrived the very next day. These were very well received by my Dad for his 88th Birthday and were beautiful, thankyou
I've sent a separate email to you with the photos. Given we received the flowers only last Sunday and followed instructions to the letter, plus made sure they were not in direct sunlight or in a hot room, they should have lasted much longer. Given that the delivery was requested for Monday 10th August the flowers arrived on the 9th. Given the extreme heat and with no one available to accept them. The flowers didn’t last 2 days before dying off.
