Adding a gift message, or selecting a delivery date
Once you've found your perfect flowers, please click the send these flowers button at the top of the screen. Select your addons, continue and enter your delivery date and gift message.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be packaed up in a eco-friendly Guernsey Flowers box, with your gift note. If you ordered flowers, our flower care instructions will be included. We do not include any billing information in our deliveries.
How do I add a discount code?
This can be added on the last page of checkout when adding your payment details. If your code appears to be invalid, this usually means that our promotion has ended.
I'm having difficulty purchasing, what should I do?

How do I confirm my order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order, we will instantly send you a confirmation email to confirm your order, delivery address, date and gift message. If anything needs changing, please contact us at help@guernseyflowersbypost.co.uk and we we'd be happy to help.
Certain colour orders & substitutes
On rare occasions, we may have to substitute colours due to availability. This means we may substitute a colour for a very similar colour e.g. red for dark pink. If you need an exact colour for a special event, please get in touch and tell us after ordering.

Delivering for occasions
We always aim to deliver on your selected date. On some occasions, we may deliver the day before just to be safe, as we understand flowers are purchased for special occasions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK by DPD and Royal Mail. This includes all Mainland UK, as well as the channel Islands such as Jersey, Isle of Man, Sark, Scilly and Guernsey. We also ship to most parts of Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Beautiful quality freesias and friendly, helpful customer service
I got these flowers for my wife because we have always loved freesias. They came well prepared but we just couldn't really smell them. Now we're in our eighties so I suppose our sense of smell may be failing. Disappointing, but explainable. Over the last few decades have they been bred for colour rather than scent? I seem to remember that you wrote that they would last for several weeks. We prepared as instructed with plant food but they are already over after two weeks. Sorry to whinge but this was quite an expensive treat for my wife and has proved mildly disappointing. regards Martin Read

No smell
I rang you a week before the delivery was due and was assured that you would be able to deliver a day earlier. You didn’t deliver a day earlier and when I asked where the flowers were, one of your colleagues wrote to me to say the delivery would be made on the original date….. no explanation. He hadn’t read the email trail at all. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
My friend was very pleased with her birthday flowers and said they smelt really lovely.
After ordering I very quickly noticed that I had asked for the flowers to be delivered to my own address and not to whom I had intended. Immediately I changed the instructions by email but the flowers were still sent to me. I then decided to use an alternative supplier whose flowers were delivered to the correct address and they lasted somewhat longer. I am disappointed having used Guernsey Flowers many times before with good results.
I tried by email to change the delivery address several times without a response from you. So the flowers came to me and not to my daughter. Your site promises a reply to emails within a couple of days!!!
It may have been my fault for ordering in a heatwave but the flowers haven't lasted as long as I had hoped.

The freesias were being sent to a friend who said they are beautiful. Unfortunately I can’t give five stars as they arrived two days later than expected. My friend did say however that they were in good condition. I had particularly looked for a next day delivery as my friend had had a bereavement and I wanted her to know I was thinking of her so it was disappointing that they were late arriving. But beautiful flowers!

Sadly my flowers didn't last long before they died. Maybe I was unlucky?. I trimmed them and changed water after 2 days, They were not in direct sunshine, and my lounge is cool. Disappointed.

Flowers were for tables at my son’s wedding. They were fresh, bright and just perfect. Am afraid they have had to go to compost heap now, but were beautiful at weekend.
We have used Guernsey flowers for many years as gifts with lots of beautiful flowers. The freesia this time were well past their best and a real disappointment to my friend to whom I sent these flowers. A discount does not make the gift any better in the circumstance these were sent.

I requested by email that my order be delayed by a couple of days because the recipient was away on holiday but my email was completely ignored and the flowers sent as per my original request. Obviously by the time my friend received them on return from her holiday two days later, she found dead flowers. Absolutely gutted.
Very disappointed. Some of the freesia flowers were not very healthy and had to be thrown out after a few days. The ones left will be thrown out in the next few days. The only nice thing was the beautiful smell.
