I ordered pale pink and the ones which arrived were a strong magenta colour. Not really our vibe to be honest whereas pale pink is so pretty. Arrived on the day requested.

How will my order arrive?
Your order will be packaed up in a eco-friendly Guernsey Flowers box, with your gift note. If you ordered flowers, our flower care instructions will be included. We do not include any billing information in our deliveries.
How do I add a discount code?
This can be added on the last page of checkout when adding your payment details. If your code appears to be invalid, this usually means that our promotion has ended.
I'm having difficulty purchasing, what should I do?

How do I confirm my order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order, we will instantly send you a confirmation email to confirm your order, delivery address, date and gift message. If anything needs changing, please contact us at help@guernseyflowersbypost.co.uk and we we'd be happy to help.
Certain colour orders & substitutes
On rare occasions, we may have to substitute colours due to availability. This means we may substitute a colour for a very similar colour e.g. red for dark pink. If you need an exact colour for a special event, please get in touch and tell us after ordering.

Delivering for occasions
We always aim to deliver on your selected date. On some occasions, we may deliver the day before just to be safe, as we understand flowers are purchased for special occasions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK by DPD and Royal Mail. This includes all Mainland UK, as well as the channel Islands such as Jersey, Isle of Man, Sark, Scilly and Guernsey. We also ship to most parts of Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Unfortunately, although I had corrected the shipping address once, it jumped back to my billing address again and I didn't notice that time. The flowers came to me rather than my grandson and his partner who had just moved into their first home. As I was away on holiday, ( which was why I hadn't seen the email asking me to check the order), they were on my doorstep when I arrived home. 3 days after they should have been delivered to my grandson. Fortunately they are long lasting....
Lovely flowers and on time!
The flowers were lovely but they were supposed to arrive on the Friday lunchtime, which was a significant moment for the recipient, but didn’t arrive until the Saturday evening, which was also more than a day erased from the 5-day lifespan of the flowers.

A total disaster 😫 I needed to change the delivery details so contacted you immediately after placing the order with no response. Despite repeated emails over the next week I still got no response. So the flowers were delivered to the wrong person. To compound matters, the flowers were not in good condition when they arrived with petals already dropping. A few days later some blooms were dead. Such a disappointment & such terrible customer service.

I really wanted to love these white freesia as I sent them to myself with a view to subscribing if they were good. Ordering was easy and they arrived on time by Royal Mail on a Thursday. On arrival a couple of stems had passed their best but I wasn’t too worried and thought it was just one of those things. However by the Monday, so after 4 days, I had to throw them all away as they were dropping and turning yellow/brown. Very disappointing.

I appreciate all of Alex's help but the first shipment was lost and then the flowers were not in the best state on arrival. I couldn't see how those Freesias could travel well, specially with Royal Mail. I had a couple issues with the website and the name and checkout was very confusing, as I'm not from the UK and assumed the store was on the island and a stone's throw from my daughter's house. Her birthday wishes unfortunately arrived days late and in a bad state.

The flowers took a long time to arrive. Are very disappointing generally , not long stemmed, not good flowers and definitely not red, they are mixed colours. Rather disappointed tbh. Fewer stems than I had anticipated and not as scented or special as I expected. Overall, for the price, I feel I can get better value for money buying in a shop. I’m very sorry as I so wanted to love the freesias and was looking forward to a regular order.
