Adding a gift message, or selecting a delivery date
Once you've found your perfect flowers, please click the send these flowers button at the top of the screen. Select your addons, continue and enter your delivery date and gift message.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be packaed up in a eco-friendly Guernsey Flowers box, with your gift note. If you ordered flowers, our flower care instructions will be included. We do not include any billing information in our deliveries.
How do I add a discount code?
This can be added on the last page of checkout when adding your payment details. If your code appears to be invalid, this usually means that our promotion has ended.
I'm having difficulty purchasing, what should I do?

How do I confirm my order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order, we will instantly send you a confirmation email to confirm your order, delivery address, date and gift message. If anything needs changing, please contact us at help@guernseyflowersbypost.co.uk and we we'd be happy to help.
Certain colour orders & substitutes
On rare occasions, we may have to substitute colours due to availability. This means we may substitute a colour for a very similar colour e.g. red for dark pink. If you need an exact colour for a special event, please get in touch and tell us after ordering.

Delivering for occasions
We always aim to deliver on your selected date. On some occasions, we may deliver the day before just to be safe, as we understand flowers are purchased for special occasions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK by DPD and Royal Mail. This includes all Mainland UK, as well as the channel Islands such as Jersey, Isle of Man, Sark, Scilly and Guernsey. We also ship to most parts of Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

My family all love your freesias. They are the flowers I always send since my sister and I came to Guernsey. We all love the smell.
The freesias arrived half dead and I had to throw them away the next day. Very disappointed as paid a lot of money for them and expected fragrant and beautiful blooms. Will not be using you again.

Flowers have no perfume, they are not lasting, despite following all your instructions they are dying. Perhaps due to the flowers being fully opened and not in bud when they arrived. Had better from florist at home and also supermarket. Sorry will not purchase again.

Freesia are my mum's favourite! She had been admitted to hospital unexpectedly and once she was home the flowers were there to brighten up her space and fill the room with their beautiful fragrance. We live over 500 miles away so popping round wasn't an option. The flowers were the next best thing! Thank-you very much, she's really enjoying them.

The flowers were a gift to my aunt in celebration of her 90th birthday . I haven’t seen them myself but she was delighted with them and said they smelled lovely and looked beautiful.
The freesias were lovely but most of them were fully out and a few had died off. This was probably due to the delivery having been delayed by 2 days stuck in the Royal Mail hub in Warrington.. Most of the stems were yellow not a mixture of lovely colours as shown in the advertisements.

Lovely flowers and friendly service
I don’t have a photo as they were sent to a friend. They didn’t come into full bloom like in your photo but wilted and lasted less than a week. Very disappointing. She said to me, I wouldn’t use that company again when I asked her how they were.
This is the second bunch I have had from you these were a replacement bunch as the first bunch did the same I only got these delivered last Wednesday and this is the state of them by Friday I have been having freshers since I was 12 year old my mum used to buy them for my bedroom I am now 73 years old and never seen anything like these I would be ashamed to sell them 2 days and they are gone my mum used to buy them from Oldham market and pay 2 shillings and 6 pence for them not £42 and they lasted 3 weeks I am thou rightly disgusted YOURS M BROOKS MRS
