On rare occasions, we may have to substitute colours due to availability. This means we may substitute a colour for a very similar colour e.g. red for dark pink. If you need an exact colour for a special event, please get in touch and tell us after ordering.
We always aim to deliver on your selected date. On some occasions, we may deliver the day before just to be safe, as we understand flowers are purchased for special occasions.
We deliver to the UK by DPD and Royal Mail. This includes all Mainland UK, as well as the channel Islands such as Jersey, Isle of Man, Sark, Scilly and Guernsey. We also ship to most parts of Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

These freesias were perfect as I needed them to be special for my friend’s funeral. She loved freesias and had a strong connection with Guernsey. Alex was so helpful and patient in guiding me as to how to achieve the order I wanted and then advising as to how to keep them in good condition. They stood proud in the vase beside the coffin and filled the space with their strong fragrance. The family are now able to enjoy them at home.
Arrived on time
I placed my order on Saturday 12th September requesting delivery on Monday 14th September as they were for the anniversary of a death. Despite the delivery address being in Guernsey itself, the flowers did not arrive until Saturday 19th September and I was not informed of any issues. I was unhappy with the delay in delivery when I ordered in January this year but assumed it was a one-off issue and therefore ordered from your company again. It is very disappointing as the flowers are always beautiful and the service in the past has been good.

I have sadly only given three stars because I expected the flowers to be in bud not fully open when they were delivered. I contacted Guernsey flowers but so far I’ve not heard back from them. I don’t think I will be ordering flowers from them again if they can’t be bothered to even acknowledge my email. The flowers were quite expensive so I expected better, what a pity.
The flowers were lovely. But They were sent to me rather than my daughter-in-law. I tried to change the delivery address which I thought I had done (before 12:00).

The flowers, once delivered, were very nice. However I ordered them on August 31st for delivery on September 8th, my daughter’s 69th birthday. They were not delivered until September 11th. I wrote and complained and you offered name 50% refund - which I have yet to receive.

Really lovely freesias and the smell on arrival was super. However, I found that the flowers did not open properly and they dried out in the vase. I tried changing the water but it made no difference and the blooms had just stopped. So although lovely, a little disappointing.
